iPhone UI Icon Set Vectors

I’m happy to announce an update to the iPhone UI Icon Set that has been on my plate for some time now; vector format for each icon (Vector-Smart-Object)! Why Vector-Smart-Object format you ask? Well, when I set out to design the original set I wanted icons that would fit in the Tab Bar and Tool Bar buttons. After looking at icons from numerous apps, I went with roughly 28x28 for the dimensions. It worked great for the Tab Bar buttons with a label underneath, and still had enough weight for the Tool Bar buttons with no label, BUT it didn’t work for the Tool Bar buttons when there was a bordered style (looks like an actual button embedded within the bar). So after a few weeks of being lazy I sat down and cranked out the smaller versions: iPhone UI Icon Set preview Another discovery I made: since the iPhone OS handles the coloring, I made the icons files a dark grey, so they work great as accents for your table rows. The set features an additional 42 icons which were chosen based on the most popular user requests. As always, let me know your thoughts and I’d love to see how these icons get put to good use!
